Dear friends
Welcome to another month here at Gareth Edwards Music. Well the nights are drawing in and it’s a good time to sit back and enjoy life’s pleasures. Now if your someone like the great cook Delia Smith you might lock yourself away in the kitchen and make some lovely and warm comfort food, or if you are like me lock yourself away and enjoy making music.
What am I working on this month
Preparations are well underway for my Christmas at Home concert in December. This year hopefully it will go smoothly without any issues. Hope I’ve not spoken too soon on that.
I am currently working on a piece of music that I’m sure many of you will be familiar with The Snowman. This improvisational orchestral version uses some of the beautiful strings of the Yamaha Tyros 4.
Where am I playing this month?
I will be playing in my regular slot at the Stockport Organ and Keyboard Club on the 10th October 2024 at the Bowling & Tennis Club on Douglas Road in Hazel Grove. It’s just £5 and it would be lovely to see you there.
